The Sales team at Revolgy is responsible for guiding our customers on their cloud journey and helping them grow their business by using cloud technologies by solving their real problems and exceeding their expectations. As a Sales Operations Manager on the team, you will oversee the sales funnel, perform sales forecasting and help us to drive performance improvements in our Go-To Market activities to achieve our goals and do our work better. You will be helping us build the Sales Operations function but also supporting and strongly collaborating with the company leadership to develop sales goals.
Your main responsibility will be streamlining and optimizing the sales process, selecting, implementing, and managing sales automation tools, pipeline optimization, internal stakeholder management, understanding sales bottlenecks, and helping to improve them. You will help us to drive the creation and execution of sales plans, design and maintain core sales processes, and assess key metrics to enhance the overall productivity of the sales organization.
