    We recognize the value of your unique talents. That’s why we use Gallup — CliftonStrengths to discover your talents and work with certified Gallup coaches to develop them further. During your employment at Revolgy, you’ll regularly work with our Gallup coach to understand your strengths and weaknesses and how to manage both more effectively.

    Fully funded learning time

    We understand that investing in our employees’ education is an investment in our collective future success. Hence we offer a fully funded learning time opportunity during your working hours. After an agreement with your direct manager, you can take time to pursue certifications or other courses that will enhance your skills and knowledge. We will also cover the cost of certifications and courses for you.

    Our Learning and Development team offers comprehensive soft-skills training options both on individual and team level, to help you improve your current skills set and maximise your potential and also to help you get ready for your next career move. We also have an extensive leadership development program in place to set our leaders up for success and enable them to support your development.

Our People Success Team is currently working on developing a Tailored Career Pathing Program. This would include the creation of a personalised career plan for every Revolgian that aligns with their skills, interests, and long-term career goals.
