    We recognize the value of your unique talents. That’s why we use Gallup — CliftonStrengths to discover your talents and work with certified Gallup coaches to develop them further. During your employment at Revolgy, you’ll regularly work with our Gallup coach to understand your strengths and weaknesses and how to manage both more effectively.

    Fully funded learning time

    We understand that investing in our employees’ education is an investment in our collective future success. Hence we offer a fully funded learning time opportunity during your working hours. After an agreement with your direct manager, you can take time to pursue certifications or other courses that will enhance your skills and knowledge. We will also cover the cost of certifications and courses for you.

    When it comes to career planning, we know that one size does not fit all. Therefore we offer a tailored career path for each individual. After completing the trial period, you will work with your direct manager and our HR department to create a personalized career plan that aligns with your skills, interests, and long-term career goals. This plan will be regularly reviewed and updated to ensure that you are on track to achieve your goals.
