Twisto Payments, a financial services company headquartered in the Czech Republic, wanted to improve its security management in Google Workspace. Although the team already used the platform securely for their day-to-day work, they wanted to make sure they fully understood all its security features, especially the more advanced ones.
The idea was for the team to learn how to manage the settings themselves without needing external help. Revolgy worked with Twisto to deliver training focused on the areas they needed most, with practical examples from the Google Workspace environment.
How Revolgy approached the training
The Twisto team already had a good grasp of the basics, so they decided to focus on more advanced tools like Google Vault, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and Context-Aware Access (CAA).
Revolgy put together a custom training program based on the specific version of Google Workspace that Twisto was using (Business Standard). Even though some of the features we covered are only used in higher-tier plans, we focused the training on what was relevant and useful to the team at that moment.
What the Twisto team learned
The training was split into four sessions, each about an hour and fifteen minutes long, focusing directly on the important security tools, not just the usual admin basics.
Throughout the sessions, the team learned how to manage key Google Workspace security settings independently, precisely what they wanted to achieve. The training gave them a better understanding of how all the main security features work, including:
- Managing and securing devices and using reports and logs
- Managing company information and finding data using Google Vault
- Sharing files and messages safely in Chat
- Using Context-Aware Access to control who gets access to what
- Improving email security using built-in tools like TLS, S/MIME, and MTA-STS
- Learning about more advanced security options like Client-Side Encryption and Google’s AI-driven protections through Gemini
