Revolgy personal data processing policy for HR and Marketing purposes

    Information about the processing of job applicants’ personal data

    The personal data that you provided to Revolgy Business Solutions a.s., with its registered office at Klimentská 1246/1, Nové Město, 110 00 Prague 1, IN: 25082159, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, file No. B 26215 (hereinafter referred to as “Revolgy”), which is the controller of your personal data, are protected by Revolgy as much as possible in compliance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”).

    Processed personal data categories

      Revolgy shall process your personal data in the following scope: Your identification data (first and last name, date of birth, permanent address); Your contact details (mailing address, phone number, e-mail address); Information about your education and previous work experience; Your photograph; Information from Linkedin (if you provide it); Other information shown in your CV; Recommendation from your previous employer; Notes and your evaluation from the selection process.

    Purpose and legal basis (title) for processing

      The aforesaid personal data categories are processed for the purposes of keeping and processing the results of the selection process, interviews with job applicants and the process of hiring. Revolgy declares that the legal title for processing the aforesaid personal data categories are negotiations concerning your employment or any other similar contract that you requested since you filed an application for the selection process or otherwise expressed your interest in working for Revolgy.

    The time period during which personal data are processed

      Revolgy processes your personal data for the aforesaid purposes during the selection process, provided that you applied for a specific job position, or for two years, provided that you express your general interest in working for Revolgy, which is not related to a specific open job position.

    Transfer of personal data to other countries

    Revolgy has the right to transfer your personal data to its processors and service providers, the list of which is available at Revolgy. Revolgy shall transfer your personal data to its processors in the EU or outside the EU where the protection of personal data is guaranteed with the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission in compliance with GDPR; Revolgy shall provide information about such transfer upon request in compliance with Article 13 (1, f)) of GDPR.

    Your rights concerning personal data processing

    In compliance with personal data protection laws, you have the right to:

      - Ask Revolgy for access to your personal data or for their rectification or erasure;
      - Request information about the processing of your personal data in the legal scope at any time;
      - Object to, or request restriction of, the processing of your personal data;
      - Transfer your personal data to another controller;
      - Be excluded from any automated decision-making, including profiling, that would have legal consequences for you or would considerably affect you in a similar manner;
      - Contact the Office for the Protection of Personal Data with any request or complaint.

    By filling your personal data in our contact forms you give Revolgy your explicit consent to manual or automated processing and to keeping your personal data in the following scope:

    • E-mail address.
    • Job title and company, in case you will provide us with this data

    Revolgy shall process your personal data in the aforesaid specified scope for marketing purposes, i.e. for sending you information and commercial communications concerning products and services and commercial offers or information designated to directly or indirectly support products or services. Revolgy shall process your personal data until the purpose, for which they are processed, is fulfilled or until you withdraw your consent.

    Furthermore, you agree that Revolgy has the right to transfer your personal data to processors in the EU or outside the EU where the protection of personal data is guaranteed with the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission in compliance with GDPR, provided that Revolgy fulfils the obligations arising from GDPR; Revolgy shall provide information about such transfer upon request in compliance with Article 13 (1, f)) of GDPR.

    The legal basis for processing your personal data for the aforesaid purpose is your explicit consent provided in this form. It is necessary to provide your personal data in the scope specified above for the aforesaid purpose. You provide your consent to the processing of your personal data freely and voluntarily and you understand that the only consequence of your discontent to the processing of your personal data shall be the impossibility to fulfil the aforesaid purpose. Your consent to the processing of your personal data is not a requirement for participating in the selection process at Revolgy.

    You understand that you can unconditionally withdraw your consent at any time by sending your written request to Revolgy’s aforesaid address or to ask@revolgy.com; such withdrawal shall not prejudice the legitimacy of the processing of your personal data, to which you consented prior to withdrawing your consent.

    With your signature, you confirm that you were duly informed about the scope of your processed personal data, the purpose of their processing and your right to:

      - Ask Revolgy for access to your personal data or for their rectification or erasure;
      - Request information about the processing of your personal data in the legal scope at any time;
      - Object to, or request restriction of, the processing of your personal data;
