Job description

As a Chief Sales Officer you will be in charge of the management of the entire sales department, overseeing all sales-related activities. You will be responsible for the performance, and alignment of sales strategy in our company. As one of the key people on our board of managers and a decision maker you will be in daily contact with our CEO. You will become a key member of a fast growing business and have a chance to help us develop our business strategy for delivering our services across the CEE region.


Job responsibilities:

  • Cooperating with the CEO to optimise the existing revenue models as well as create new revenue streams

  • Creating standardised outreach for current and future clients and coordinating its implementation across sales, client management and marketing channels

  • Prospecting and closing relationships with key target clients

  • Developing growth strategies with the board of managers

  • Managing our Sales and Business Development Team


What we expect from you:

  • Proven experience in local and foreign B2B sales in the field of technology

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to communicate in a simple and clear manner

  • Ability to motivate sales team and cooperate smoothly with rest of the company

  • Passion for new technologies

  • Pipeline and activity management

  • Ability to think strategically and identify possible new business models or revenue streams
