Regional Business Development Manager

for Germany / Romania / Adriatics

For our Sales Team, we’re looking for a strong personality who will be in daily contact with our current and future customers to work with us as a Business Development Manager. Our new colleague will be responsible for acquiring new business opportunities in one of the following regions: Romania, Germany or Adriatics. The Business Development Manager will work closely with the entire Sales Team as well as with colleagues who are in charge of implementation.

In this position, it’s essential to first determine what the customer’s actual needs and motivations are, and then to propose a satisfactory custom solution. You will work with our CRM system, where you will log every step in acquiring new customers, as well as finding and developing new opportunities.

 

Job responsibilities

  • Analyzing the region’s market trends and discovering new opportunities for growth
  • Proposing region-wide sales plans and targets in alignment with business objectives
  • Suggesting new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
  • Searching for new sales opportunities and qualifying them
  • Building relationships with current and potential clients
  • Searching for solutions to customers’ needs
  • Preparing and closing contracts
  • Managing the pipeline and recording contacts into the CRM
  • Cooperating remotely with the Prague team

 

What we expect from you

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Manager, Accounts Manager or similar Senior Sales role
  • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators
  • Knowledge of the local language and local market
  • Curiosity and inner motivation to understand how things work
  • Ability to address critical problems and suggest prompt solutions
  • Strong organisational skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to travel as needed
