Customer Care Specialist

Someone who cares wanted! We're looking for a geeky, communicative person for our Customer Care Team who will take care of our dear customers and always give a damn. You are going to be in daily contact with our clients via email, phone and helpdesk portal. Empathetic, open and helpful attitude is essential for this job.

You have to be qualified to respond our customer’s requests related to G Suite (we will provide you with necessary technical knowledge) and will be in touch with Production team and Google support on a daily basis. You will also work with Freshdesk system (step logging, solving tickets). If you love to learn new stuff, have geeky attitude and believe in silicon heaven it’s a win win situation.


Job responsibilities

  • Daily communication with customers 
  • Providing 1st level contact and conveying solutions to customer's issues
  • Engaging with Google Enterprise Support
  • Updating tickets in our helpdesk system regularly
  • Automating business processes with G Suite products
  • Customer's G Suite deployments if needed
  • Initiative and coming up up with ideas on how to improve our customer support flow. 

What we expect from you

  • A minimum of two years of experience in providing helpdesk support
  • Knowledge of G Suite (basic end-user knowledge is enough, we will teach you all you need to know) 
  • Client-orientation and strong communication skills (professional negotiation ability is a must)
  • A native Czech or Slovak and proficient English
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills and independence in solving tasks
  • Precision and an ability to provide qualified advice
  • A good grounding in IT / modern tech world
  • Eagerness learn and experience new things
  • Minimum basic knowledge of DNS (MX, TXT, CNAME,... records), domain registrars and basics of email routing
