Chief Sales Officer

As a Chief Sales Officer, you will be in charge of the management of the entire sales department, overseeing all sales-related activities. You will be responsible for the performance, and alignment of sales strategy in our company. As one of the key people on our board of managers and a decision-maker, you will be in daily contact with our CEO. You will become a key member of a fast-growing business and have a chance to help us develop our business strategy for delivering our services across the EMEA region.

Job responsibilities

  • Cooperating with the CEO to optimising the existing revenue models as well as creating new revenue streams
  • Creating standardised outreach for current and future clients and coordinating its implementation across sales, client management, and marketing channels
  • Prospecting and closing relationships with key target clients
  • Developing growth strategies with the board of managers
  • Managing our Sales and Business Development Team
