Administrative Assistant

For our Back Office Team, we’re looking for a self driven person for part time job
(20 hours/week) as Administrative Assistant. You will act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries. Main duties include managing office stock, preparing regular reports and organizing company records. If you have previous experience as an Office Administrator or similar administrative role, we’d like to meet you.

 

Job responsibilities

  •    Managing office supplies stock and placing orders
  •    Maintain and update company databases
  •    Take care about our offices and kitchen
  •    Answer queries by employees and clients
  •    Update office policies as needed
  •    Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
  •    Arrange travel and accommodations
  •    Schedule in-house and external events

What we expect from you

  •    Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
  •    Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
  •    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  •    High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
  •    Good communication, organizational and negotiating skills
  •    Czech or Slovak is must, proficiency in English
  •    Advanced troubleshooting skills, thoroughness
  •    General overview in IT field
  •    Interest in learning new things
